At every stage of an athlete’s journey, the right questions lead to the right opportunities. As a professional athlete and former student-athlete, I’ve experienced those transitions firsthand—going from one of the lowest NCAA conferences to competing in a top conference by my 5th year, and now playing professionally. This path allows me to mentor athletes with lessons rooted in real experience, offering guidance they can truly relate to.
With a Bachelor’s in Nutrition and a Master’s in Supply Chain and Logistics, I also provide basic nutrition support tailored for athletes, emphasizing healthy habits that fuel performance and well-being. Whether you’re navigating high school recruitment, a transfer, or the leap to professional sports, I’m here to help you make confident, informed decisions.

I’ve been a student-athlete all five years of university, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and a Master’s in Supply Chain and Logistics. After a gap year working professionally, I decided to pursue my dream of playing basketball at the professional level, competing in France for the 2024–2025 season.
Having navigated college athletics myself, I know firsthand the challenges and pressures student-athletes face. College can be exciting and rewarding, but for athletes, there often isn’t a middle ground—there’s a lot of responsibility, tough decisions, and moments of uncertainty. There were times I questioned my choices and wished I had someone to answer my questions or guide me through critical decisions.
That’s why I’ve decided to be that person for the next generation of athletes. My mission is to listen, guide, and support you—not just as a mentor, but as a buddy who understands the unique pressures of athletic life. I know it can be tough, especially when most of your friends are teammates and your world revolves around sports. While teammates and coaches are amazing, everyone needs days where they can step away from the sport and focus on themselves. I help athletes explore new opportunities, discover activities and organizations that align with their interests, and make meaningful connections outside of sports.
I am deeply grateful to God for the opportunities I’ve had, and I want to share the lessons I’ve learned so you don’t have to face the challenges alone. My goal is to help you navigate college athletics with confidence, find balance, and grow both on and off the court.
I love God, church, and vibing to gospel rap and afrobeats 🎶. A foodie at heart 🌎🍴, I also love volunteering at food pantries ❤️. When I’m not on the pickleball court 🎾, you’ll find me crafting ✨🧵, traveling (Barcelona stole my heart 💖), reading novels, watching TikToks and Asian shows 📚🎬, or trying my hand at country line dancing 🤠💃.
